Customer service and fulfillment
Our customer service team assists with product questions, orders, delivery, cancellations, address changes, returns, direct exchanges, and refunds. We provide free standard shipping throughout the United States. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and normally spend 3 to 5 business days in transit, for a total estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 business days.
We accept returns of defective and non-defective products within 30 days after delivery, pay the shipping cost for authorized returns and approved exchanges, and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection.
