These Terms of Service govern use of https://rivettrail.com, operated by Apex Cycle Service LLC under the RivetTrail Garage name. By using the website, customers agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website.

Customers must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and avoid conduct that interferes with website operation, security, checkout, or another customer’s use. Customers must be at least 18 years old or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Product information
We aim to display product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting may cause minor color differences. The product title, description, listed package contents, and selected variant determine what is included. Items shown only to demonstrate a product in a lifestyle image are not included unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed for shipment. We may contact the customer to correct incomplete information or resolve an availability or pricing error before shipment. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and return any captured payment to the original payment method.
